Elite Pacific receives Award of Excellence from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Honolulu, HI – Elite Pacific Construction, Inc. was the recipient of the Award of Excellence from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District in recognition of their outstanding performance on the Repair Roof, Wing B at the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies, Fort DeRussy, HI. This high profile $2.9 million project overseen by Project Manager Charles Buckingham was completed two months ahead of schedule, within budget and accident free. The award was presented at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Annual Workshop held at the Hale Koa Hotel on May 5, 2011. President Mathew Lee accepted the award from LTC Douglas Guttormsen, Commander and District Engineer, USACE, Honolulu District on behalf of the company and Mr. Buckingham.
